When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 7–18 business days for US orders and 8–30 business days internationally. You'll receive a tracking number by email once shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund you immediately — no return needed. See our full Returns Policy for details.

How do I use my WELCOME20 discount?

Enter the code WELCOME20 at checkout to receive 20% off your order. The code can be used at any time and applies to all products sitewide.

My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?

Tracking updates can sometimes take 3–5 days to appear after your order ships. If your tracking hasn't moved in 10+ business days, contact us at hello@elarashop.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 12–30 business days.

Are your products safe and quality-tested?

Every product in the Elara catalog is hand-selected by our team before being listed. We only carry items we'd confidently recommend to someone we care about. If a product doesn't meet that standard, it doesn't make it to the shelf.
